What is the ordering process?

Look through our website Catalogs to see the huge variety of products we can engrave. When you find what you are looking for give us a call or send an email. If you have questions about an item you already have it’s best to email us with a photo of it and your specific requests so we can have a starting point.

We can place the order for your products and work with you to get your design exactly the way you want it. Delivery of merchandise takes a few days. After the design consultation we will provide you with a screenshot of the design for your approval. This is your chance to make any changes. We do not want to laser anything until you are completely happy with the design. Upon approval we engrave your items once we receive them.

How long will it take?

We usually ask for one week after design approval depending on job size and item.

Do you have a shop?

We do not have a brick and mortar shop. We can meet you locally and deliver your order or you can meet us events such as the Farmers Market. Non-local customer orders will be shipped via USPS.

How much will it cost?

The cost will depend on the project. Design charges may apply along with machine time. Discounts may be given for bulk orders. Customers will be provided an estimate at the start of the project.
